UTMAS will be hosting elections for next year’s executive positions in the upcoming weeks. The election will be a two-step process. The first step is nominations. Nominations must be submitted by March 25th (11:59 Pm) in order to be considered for a position on next year’s executive team. Completed nomination forms should be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Voting will start March 31st and the polls will close on April 1st. Next year’s executive team will be announced on April 2nd.
Executive positions are as follows: President, Vice President, Treasurer/Secretary, (2) Events Officers, (2) Communication Officers, Junior Representative, Senior Representative. Any student can run for any position with the exception of president which must be a returning UTMAS member.
